Pottercomm ("we," "us") runs pottercomm.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you picked, any products you added to your quote, and your message.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule work.
• If you asked to be notified about a product that isn't available yet, to let you know when it is.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our business email by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the information only to deliver the site and your message. If you order products, we may share the details needed to fill the order, like a shipping address, with the manufacturer or distributor that ships it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests in our email for as long as they're useful for your project and our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
